Do I need a gym or special equipment?
No. Many students train at home with just a mat, a pull-up bar, or a few simple tools. The results come from consistency and the right progression—not fancy gear.
Do we have to train in person?
Not at all. I have a private studio in Manhattan for in-person sessions, but most students work in a hybrid format: we meet occasionally in person, and they log their workouts and progress through my app. Everything is customized to your body, lifestyle, and goals.
How does it work if we’re remote?
Every program is tailored. You’ll get personalized workouts, breathwork, and recovery strategies through my app, plus ongoing coaching so you stay consistent, supported, and aligned.
